About Me
I discovered the transformative power of Rebirthing at a young age, driven by my personal struggle with severe asthma and panic attacks. These challenges forced me to explore my breath more deeply, eventually leading me to heal both my asthma and panic attacks. What was once a source of fear and tension has become, through this process, a place of joy, peace, and rest.
This transformation of my breath, from a reminder of struggle to a source of vitality and calm, became the foundation of my healing journey. It inspired me to help others experience the same profound shift. My goal is to help others in reclaiming their breath as a tool for joy, well-being, personal growth and self enquiry.
During my time in India, I completed a Hatha Yoga Teacher Training (E-RYT 500hr) and a Tantric Yoga Teacher Training (E-RYT 200hr). I also trained as a Rebirthing facilitator with Dr. Falzoni Gallerani and studied the Buteyko Breathing Method at the Buteyko Clinic International under Patrick McKeown, a leading expert in therapeutic breathing.
I hold a degree in Religions and Philosophies of India and Central Asia from the University of Turin, where I completed a thesis on breathing practices in contemplative traditions and modern breath therapies. I also pursued further studies in Psychology at Guglielmo Marconi University to integrate ancient wisdom with contemporary science.

My Philosophy
I believe all practices should serve the essence of availability—being fully open to whatever arises, without adhering to fixed ideas about who we should be or how we should feel. Inspired by non-dual teachings, I view life as the discovery of an ever expansive inner openness, where we can experience all emotions, thoughts, and sensations without conflict. This freedom to simply be with what is allows us to savor each unique moment.
The somatic and breath practices I teach support this vision, integrating non-dual wisdom with modern needs. Conscious breathing becomes a tool for restoring availability in both body and mind.
I tailor my approach to each person’s unique needs, working with them to align their goals with sensitivity and respect. I do not impose a fixed vision, but collaborate to ensure practices resonate deeply with the individual.
I do not engage in exaggerated claims, but I believe conscious breathing, when approached with humility and sensitivity, is an extraordinary and unmatched tool with incredible potential to improve life and deepen our connection to its mysteries.
While influenced by Eastern and mystical traditions, I aim to adapt these teachings to modern life challenges, focusing on practical, relevant practices that resonate with current research. I believe that tradition, though rooted in its essence, should remain free to evolve and innovate, adapting its tools to suit different times and sensibilities, so that its wisdom remains authentic but relevant and meaningful in the present.
